A house wine celebrating an Edwardian laundry

As a new bistro opening in the heart of Brixton, The Laundry was in need of a house wine range that celebrated the heritage of the magnificent building in which it was set. Dating back to the 1800s and operating as a launderette for over a hundred years, the building had a rich history from which to take inspiration for the design solution. This lead to the purchase of an old laundry mangle, which was transformed into a letterpress to create the unique and textured labels that celebrate the pressing of wine, laundry and letters.
