As one of the first providers in their sector, Orderswift assumed a market-leading position providing digital ordering software to hospitality operators, helping them drive revenue through click & collect, delivery, order and pay at table. Despite building long-standing relationships with some of hospitality’s leading brands such as Pizza Pilgrims, Rosa’s Thai and Zizzi, a wave of new competitors in the space created intense competition and it was time to revamp the brand’s positioning, look and feel.
In an industry that favours people over tech, it was key that the identity felt approachable and reflected Orderswift’s ethos of being a relationship-first business that cuts complexity for it’s users. The result is an identity that feels approachable and refreshingly simple but with bags of personality, to maintain Orderswift’s market-leading position for years to come.
